Detox kale chickpea and avocado salad

Ingredients needed:

·         Lemon juice

·         Garlic

·         Olive oil

·         Salt and pepper

·         Kale

·         Can of chickpeas

·         Ripe avocado

1. Whisk together the lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl.

2. Pour over kale and mix thoroughly with the dressing.

3. Fold in chickpeas and avocado.
